**Marketing Manager - £34,000 - £38,000 per annum + future options - London**

**The Role
Do you have the desire to innovate and contribute to the success of the company with your constant positive attitude and enthusiasm? Do you possess prior experience in a marketing role? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are rapidly expanding and seeking a self-motivated Marketing Manager with prior experience working in an early-stage startup (or similar environment). You will report to the CEO and will collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver the marketingplan you co-authored.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Marketing Manager include, but are not limited to:

- Strategic marketing planning (and reporting).
- Marketing initiatives across the marketing mix.
- Lead generation campaigns (particularly B2B).
- Content marketing, and SEO.
- Social media - organic and paid.
- Events management.
- Manage the internal team and partnerships with external suppliers (designers, copywriters, digital etc.).
- Experience of Lean Start-up principles and practices, and Growth Hacking will be beneficial.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Marketing Manager are:

- Min 3 years prior experience in a marketing role.
- Experience in an early stage/start-up (or similar environment) i.e. fast paced, hands-on, and proactive.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (desirable)
- Relevant experience in B2B marketing (essential).
- Relevant experience of SaaS marketing (highly desirable).
- Experience of using the entire marketing mix to deliver impactful campaigns to achieve excellent results.
- Demonstrable experience in managing suppliers e.g. creative and media agencies and freelancers.
- Clarity of thought and attention to detail in all forms of communication: a demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
- Proactive and a strong sense of self-motivation.
- Good copywriting and proof-reading skills.
- Experience in account management and/or community management is a bonus.
