**The Company**

Boongate Kia Ltd is a highly successful privately owned dealership. A rapidly expanding business, a national industry award winning company known for providing the highest standards of customer care. Boongate Kia is also one of the top performing Kia Dealerships in the U.K.

In the recent past we have undertaken extensive refurbishment and expansion of our facilities.

**The Person**

We seek a well-trained advisor with a minimum of one year’s experience in a professional dealership and have a high degree of practical customer care and service

Reporting to the After Sales Manager, your basic role will include:

- Meet and Greet Customers
- Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle
- Accurate completion of courtesy car insurance paperwork
- Calling customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed
- Liaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team and Drivers.
- Invoicing work carried out
- Invoice explanation and taking of payment
- Quoting, introducing and selling of Service Plans
- Ensuring all Warranty paperwork is correctly completed
- Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times

**The Reward**
- Negotiable basic salary with bonus
- 22 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
- Non sickness bonus plan

Additionally, there is the potential for a full-time permanent role as we continue to expand the business.

**Hours**: Mon - Fri 8.30am to 18:00pm, alternate Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm
