**Are you interested in stepping into a career in Internal Recruitment?**

No prior Recruitment experience is required, and full training and ongoing support will be provided.

This role will be 4 days based from our Head Office in West Byfleet (5 minutes walk from Byfleet & New Haw Station), and 1 day working remotely/from home.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Help monitor Recruitment inbox on Hiring queries
- Discuss new requirements with Hiring Leads to understand their needs
- Post suitable job adverts for live vacancy requests
- Shortlist CVs from live adverts and send to Hiring Leads
- Search CV databases and Social Media for suitable talent
- Update Applicant Tracking System on job changes
- Build talent pools for ongoing hiring needs

**What are we looking for?**
- Very good written and spoken English
- Good attention to detail
- Competent using computer software and MS Office suite
- Good interpersonal skills, and confident dealing with people at all levels (both in person and over the phone)
- Organised and able to multi-task
