Recruitment Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Compliance Administrator to join one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies based in Enfield

Typical duties include:
Processing and quality checking RTW documents
Producing & maintaining recruitment reports and trackers on inhouse CRM systems
Providing general administrative support to the Recruitment team
Data entry on various internal & external systems
Writing and placing of ads for current vacancies
Screening and checking ad responses
A wealth of experience of working in administration, ideally in a recruitment or HR background
Good MS Office skills; including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent IT literacy and be able to pick up new IT systems quickly
Good commercial awareness, be able to prioritise and manage workloads to strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment alongside excellent attention to detail
Excellent numeracy skills
Good team working skills
Working hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
30 days annual leave including bank holidays
- Increasing annually up to 37 days inc. bank holidays
