An exciting opportunity has become available for a Technical Trainer to join our dedicated Training Team at our Blackpool Site.
**Hours**:37.5 per week
**Salary**:£23,460.00 per annum
This role is pivotal in enhancing the competencies of individual employees by conducting training programs that will help to boost employee’s workplace performance aligned with company’s core values, KPI’s and in accordance to regulations and compliance requests. As a Tech Trainr, you will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions for your respective team.
**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training session
- Design effective training material / programs
- Conduct workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Recording of training and maintaining learning and development systems
- Prepare educational material such as work instructions, CIL’s, videos etc.
- Continuous review and update of training material
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Support and mentor new employees
- Conduct evaluations / needs analysis audits to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour
- Development and refresher of team manual handling activities
- Host new and amended documents to support training delivery
- Maintain audiences for skill sets
- Deliver training on the job using the GROW LMS platform
- Ensure teams are all signed off against task specific learning
- Maintain the system as audit ready for their teams

**Experience**:
- Food Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
