**Casino Dealer Gaming Academy**

This 6 week intensive programme is aimed at equipping you with the skills to deliver our core Casino Games, to our customers. Teaching you the skills and techniques you need to deliver a secure, well managed and experience lead game of Roulette, Blackjackor Three Card Poker.
- Starting contract is 40 hours per week
- Full pay and training will be provided.
- Offering a mixture of afternoons, evenings and weekends, you will see all hours of Casino Life.
- Delivering the technical & mathematical skills, delivered by our expert team of trainers.
- Understand the games, payouts and what our customers needs are.

**Qualifications**:

- A fantastic personality
- Numerical ability; able to calculate mentally and very quickly. We will help you practice.
- Any gaming or customer facing experience would be a bonus
- Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Must be over 18 years old.

**Additional Information** On completion of the course and acquiring a PFL, salary will be £9.70 per hour and gaming tips.An additional Premium payment of £1 per hour will be paid between Midnight & 8am.

**Academy joining bonus:£250 is paid after being with our team for 3 months, and an additional £750 is paid into wages 3 months later**
