**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We're proud to be exclusively supporting a highly successful multi-million-pound business that is set to double in size in the next 3 years due high-quality products and their constant focus on new product development.

As a result, they've been specified as the supplier of choice by some of the most well-known business in the UK and Internationally. As part of their strategic growth plans, they're now seeking an experienced Telesales Executive / Telemarketing Executiveto join the team.

For the first 12 months, you'll be focused on lead generation and appointment setting with key decision makers of multi-million-pound construction projects, but also have a clear progression path to gradually evolve to running the full sales cycle and takinga step into a field-based Business Development Manager.

This role will suit an experienced Telesales Executive/ Telemarketing Executive from a Business-to-Business background who is passionate about building a long term career in sales.

**THE PERSON**:

- You'll need to have experience in one of the following sales positions within a Business-to-Business sales environment; Telesales Executive, Telemarketing Executive, Internal Sales Executive, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Business Development Executiveor similar
- An excellent communicator who is able to professionally engage with high level decision makers within large businesses
- A driven individual who is looking for a serious opportunity in sales where the individual can develop into a full cycle business development manager in the future
