Oricom are looking for an enthusiastic member to join our helpdesk support team. If you love blethering on the phone and tinkering with IT then this is the job for you. You’ll learn to help the team cover first line support faults for our Telecoms and IT customers as well as all the administration that comes with it. Being organised and confident at speaking on the phone is a must.

**Benefits**:

- Salary £9,737 with regular salary reviews
- Monday - Friday 9am -5pm - 1 hour lunch break

**Duties**:

- Provisioning orders for telephone lines and broadband
- Raising tickets and answering calls
- Updating Customer records including use of excel/ ticketing software
- Liaising with suppliers

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A good telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Some experience working in either customer service or a customer facing role.
- You will be supported by a well-established team. Training is important to us; you will be trained inhouse on the solutions we provide and administrative processes.
