Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, passionate and highly skilled team of psychologists and MDT where you can use your skills across a range of clinical populations?Our service is constantly growing, so if you are a proactive, HCPCregistered Allied Health Professional (i.e. Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech & Language Therapist (SALT) with a strong client-focus, excellent communication skills and a “can-do” attitude, we want to hear from you.

**The Role and Person**

You will be able to work independently as well as closely and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. You will be eager to take ownership and responsibility for delivering your work and will be self-driven, results-oriented and be able to demonstrateexcellent time management and organizational skills.

You will be encouraged to develop your strengths and skills through a robust structure of clinical supervision and opportunities for professional development. St Andrew’s has an excellent record of providing opportunities for research, training and continuingprofessional development so you will also have access to peer support from the wider Charity, as well as regular CPD events. Training relevant to the requirements of the role will be provided.

Although our offices are based in Northampton, the post holder will mostly be required to deliver assessments online with occasional travel into the community so full driver’s licence is desirable. However, in return, you will also benefit from having theflexibility to work from home and hours that can work around your family life.

In order to be eligible, you will need to be registered with HCPC. ASD and ADHD diagnostic experience is desirable but we can offer training if this is an area in which you would like to professionally develop.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience of working successfully with a varied child and adult population with a wide range of mental health needs and will therefore ideally have a minimum of 1 years post qualification experience butnewly qualified professionals with a particular interest in diagnostic services will be welcomed and supported.
