**Executive PA**

**Full Time (37.5 hours) £25,000 pa**

This role is at the heart of the efficient delivery of Norwich Theatre’s exciting vision and strategic plans.Working alongside the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will support the team of four Executive Directors and play an integral role in ensuringthey are supported to co-lead the organisation with the CEO. You will also provide specific PA support to the Creative Programmes Director

**About the role**

Working with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will co-ordinate the regular programme of Executive Team meetings, managing diaries, compiling agendas and maintaining the ongoing action log.You will also support the Creative Programmes Director withproactive diary management and the administrative aspects of the development and delivery of major projects, including presenting project timelines and collating reporting information

**About you**

You will hav experience in an administrative role and the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload. Accuracy and attention to detail, together with excllent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at alll times are essential
