SAFS are looking for a Domiciliary Care Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and monitoring all aspects of the domiciliary care service which is inclusive of ALL adult’s domiciliary care and all children domiciliary care and all children’s commissioned service i.e. domiciliary care, personal assistant (PA) and centre based during holidays and weekends.

You must have a minimum of Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma and at least 1 years’ experience in a managerial role in a care setting working with vulnerable children and adults.
