Location: Remote

Rate of Pay: £12.00/hr

Job Overview: This role involves collaborating closely with the employer to enhance their independence through a relationship-centered approach. The position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at supporting the employer in maintaining their living environment, boosting their skills and motivation for daily activities, and fostering confidence to engage with the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care Responsibilities:
Assisting the employer in managing their personal care tasks independently, including hygiene and dressing.

Household Management Responsibilities:

Aiding the employer in performing daily living activities, which includes meal preparation, laundry, and upkeep of the home.



Community Engagement Responsibilities:
Encouraging the employer to build confidence and begin participating in community activities.

Additional reasonable tasks as required.

Work Schedule: 8 hours per week, structured as two 4-hour sessions to be coordinated with the employer. One session will focus on home activities, while the other will involve community engagement.

Required Qualifications:

Skills & Experience: Proficient in interpersonal engagement with individuals facing motivational challenges.
