The role will involve:
Answering phone calls
Communicating with Customers and Suppliers
Inputting jobs on to our computer system
Inputting invoices on to our computer system
Some Xero knowledge would be an advantage but not necessary
Providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Keeping office clean and tidy
The applicant should hold:
Experience in general admin
Competence in the use of IT software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Good communication and organisation skills

Hours of work are Mon - Fri (16 - 24 hours per week) Competitive rate of pay offered depending on previous experience.

Work place pension provided and holiday pay.

**Job Type**: Part Time 2-3 days a week.
Administration: 1 year (required)
