We have a fabulous job opportunity for you to join our awesome team as our Housing Concierge working Waking Nights. We support our brilliant customers who are under 18 to develop their independent living skills in a supported environment to enable them to moveon successfully.
We offer high levels of support so our customers can gain these essential skills and then move to lower supported services before moving into their own tenancies.
They live in a semi-detached house close to the centre of Weston. They all have en-suite bathrooms but share the kitchen and lounge. We also have a large training room where we deliver support and group sessions.
We help our customers to develop the necessary skills like budgeting, healthy eating and how to maintain a tenancy. We do this through one to one and group sessions and work with customers to identify their goals and aspirations so that they can achieve theirfull potential.
**About you**
As our Housing Concierge Waking Nights, you’ll play a really important role in supporting the smooth running of our services. You’ll ensure the safety and securing of our buildings and of our customers, and make sure we get on with our neighbours
