Our client Romac Logistics Ltd a UK based logistics provider offering temperature-controlled warehouse and transport solutions to the food and beverage industry are recruiting for an exciting new role in their Finance Team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Administrator will be based at their expanding base in Derbyshire, the role would cover the following:
**Responsibilities**
- Daily collation of revenue information by customer by operating site, this will include liaising with various parts of the business and developing relationships to ensure completed in a timely fashion (both Transport and Warehouse)
- Daily collation of labour shifts ensuring these are matched and reconciled with the daily revenue.
- Consolidation of the weekly revenue information for use in profit & loss reports
- Production of weekly sales invoices using finance system and ensuring sent out to customers
- Developing reports to issue to the business relating to daily volumes/revenue by site
- Any other ad hoc duties and projects as required by the Financial Controller and wider finance team.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience of working within a finance team in a fast paced environment
- Microsoft Excel skills essential
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional, self-confident and calm approach
- Strong communication and relationship building skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,870.00-£24,164.00 per year
