**Job overview**:
Working collaboratively across the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA) the role of Staff Engagement Facilitator offers creative and quality focused individuals a very real and exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the delivery of the organisations Staff Experience Strategy.

Provide high quality design, delivery and evaluation of a wide range of comms and engagement activity to ensure staff experience initiatives are embedded across the NCA. Support the co-ordination, delivery, analysis and engagement of a range of surveys to ensure our colleagues have an opportunity to have their voice heard.

**Main duties of the job**:
As Staff Engagement Facilitator, you will work within the Staff Experience Team, part of the People Function at the NCA and have responsibility for providing high quality design, delivery and evaluation of a wide range of comms and engagement activity to ensure Staff Experience initiatives are embedded across the NCA. You will also support the co-ordination, delivery, analysis and engagement of a number of surveys to ensure our colleagues have an opportunity to have their voice heard.

Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience you will have experience of communicating and reporting using a range of creative communication channels to various levels of staff and broad experience of project work, including data analysis and reporting. You will be pro-active and able to engage well with others to create positive working relationships. Excellent project management and organisation skills are also a must. - Ability to travel across sites

- Understanding or or experience of working in the NHS in a similar role
