About The Role***

**Purpose of the role**

This is an all encompassing role which requires a self-motivated person who can take a hands on approach to all tasks showing an ability to prioritise a diverse workload.

**Main Duties**

1. Prepare and execute a Marketing Strategy for the centres across all channels (including events, PR, digital, advertising, sponsorship and internal communication), ensuring good ROI at all times.

2. Prepare pre event objectives and undertake post event analysis to measure effectiveness, appropriateness and return on investment of all events and initiatives.

3. Prepare and deliver a cost effective programme of on site seasonal events to drive footfall and customer spend.

4. To develop, administer and promote on-site facilities and services to customers, including Gift Card and Information Desk.

5. Maintenance and on-going development of customer and retailer databases. Inputting data from competitions. Utilisation of databases to generate footfall.

6. Assist with consumer research and focus groups as and when required. Utilise research for future strategy, advertising and events programme.

7. Undertake regular maintenance of the centres website monitoring and developing usage. Manage google analytics providing weekly reports on website usage.

8.Develop and implement Bon Accord social media strategy. Including regularly updating twitter, Facebook and other accounts.

9.Collate and analyse footfall, sales, car park and gift card figures on a weekly basis.

**Internal Communications**
- Liaise with retailers at both site and head office level in connection with marketing matters, encouraging participation in events and activities.

**Promotions/Events**

1. Assist with the management of mall space for promotions and trading ensuring that all activities are in keeping with the Bon accord & St Nicholas brand. This includes managing the standards of activities on the malls and assisting with bookings.

2. Liaising with community groups and charities for mall bookings. Ensure the centre team are fully briefed on all mall activities including managing the mall diary.

3. Completion of all appropriate booking documentation along with collection of relevant health & safety and insurance documents.

**Other Duties**

1. To input information as and when required into Landlord reports.

2. To provide event & promotion support on weekends and late evenings as required.

3. Liaison with landlords, customers, community groups, local authorities, media partners and surrounding third parties.

4. To comply with Health & Safety Policies and Procedures, attending training courses where required to do so.

5. To always maintain confidentiality and under no circumstances to divulge to a third party any information relating to the operation of the centres whether considered to be of a confidential nature or not.

7. To assist with office administration when necessary including gift card banking and any other duties following appropriate training
