Role: Administrative Bookkeeper

Location: Cookstown (relocating to Moneymore)

**Salary**: Negotiable

CSR are recruiting on behalf of our mechanical engineering client for an Administrative Bookkeeper. This role is the amalgamation of providing administrative support and working as part of the finance team with an expertise of using SAGE required. Our client is based in Cookstown and is relocating to Moneymore soon. Only applicants with SAGE experience will be considered for this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support for Operations.
- Conduct clerical duties, answering phone calls, filing.
- Making travel arrangements, booking flights and accommodation
- Helping complete procurement schedules
- Job costing
- Create and update databases.
- Ordering of materials
- Ensuring payment amounts and records entered correctly.
- Working with Excel, sales, purchase, nominal ledgers & journals
- Recording and filing cash transactions
- Invoice processing for end of month payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Job costings

**Requirements**:

- Experience of SAGE essential
- Experience within a busy office environment
- At least 2 years’ experience of Bookkeeping
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
- Competent IT skills
- Organised
- Trustworthy
