**Accounts Administrator**

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Tyrone, are in search of an experienced **Accounts Administrator **to join their well-established team.

**Hours of Work**: Monday - Thursday **12pm - 5pm **and every second Friday **8am -2pm**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Matching/reviewing of invoices to delivery notes
- Posting invoices to accounts package
- Processing invoices, credits, statements etc.
- Reconciliation of monthly creditor statements
- Review and processing of Employee Expense Claims
- Bank Reconciliation Ledger Management
- Recognition of invoices and correct VAT treatment
- Submitting monthly Vat/EC Sales and Arrivals/Departures Returns
- Liaising with customers/suppliers and resolving any discrepancies which may arise
- General office administrative duties
- Proven previous administrative experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Packages
- Proficient in the use of SAGE Accounting Package
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

**What you need to do now**

**INDHP**

Pay: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cookstown, County Tyrone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
