In 2016, we starting out solely making chocolate. We then went on to open café-bar, based in the Cutlery Works Foodhall - where all our offering is themed around our chocolate We are seeking a Café Bar Supervisor to join our growing team on a full-time contract - working Wednesday to Sunday.

**About you**:

- Excellent customer service is key, with exceptional communication skills.
- Previous experience as a supervisor - ideally in the hospitality industry (bar or cafe roles)
- A self-motivated, proactive person with a can-do attitude
- Great organisational skills to ensure everyone is setup and ready for a busy shift.
- A positive attitude and work ethic.

**What you will be involved in/responsibilities**:

- Training staff - help new and existing staff on all day-to-day processes to ensure the highest standard is consistently met
- Involved in keeping staff busy & ensuring that excellent service and produce is provided is essential.
- Flexible in terms of helping with shift management / picking up shifts
- Stock management and rotation - this could be from ordering stock, and ensuring that nothing is being wasted.
- Overseeing quality and standards of both the team and the products and following day-to-day café procedures and expectations
- Opening and closing shifts.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Work Location: One location
