**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
dnata Catering & Retail is looking for an experienced and talented Business Process Analyst, starting immediately, on an initial 6-month FTC.The main purpose of this role will be to conduct current state analysis and documentation of the (HACCP) criticalControl Process, working with Quality Control and Operations to document the To-Be in a bid to make it more efficient and less manual. The end goal is for the business to have a consistent process across their global operations.
An element of flexible working; in the office three days a week, with the rest of the time working from home.
Role will involve travel between our UK offices and may involve some overseas travel.
- Process improvement expertise
- Process mapping
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
- Workflow design and process strategies to improve business performance
- Simplification and redevelopment of business processes
- Translate existing and new business processes within digital transformation
- Facilitate and Lead requirements gathering /process design workshops
- Lead and drive process modeling discussions with very mínimal support and guidance from management
- Participate in solution design process and workshops
- Performing business systems and workflow analysis, and disseminating technical communications
- Define the success criteria for solution testing
- Managing and leading testing activities, cutover, and implementation tasks
- Creating user guides, policies, and other pertinent documentation for internal and external partners
- Create training documentation, curriculum and assist with training of end users
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT) or a business-related discipline is typically required
- 3+ years’ experience
**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Qualified Prince 2 Practitioner
- Good understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) Lifecycle and concepts
- Development of end-to-end processes design from scratch and re-design
- Wide ranging business experience covering multiple processes, departments and divisions
- Confidence with process mapping tools, e.g. MS Visio / ARIS / Signavio
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- work independently and as part of a team, Collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise, delegate and execute tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Proven process analysis and improvement experience
- An understanding of the system development life cycle (Waterfall/Agile) would be beneficial
