**The Role**
Being a first-class landlord to our tenants through the provision of safe, secure, and well-maintained homes is at the core of what we do. Joining us as our Head of Specialist Repairs, you'll play a key role in ensuring that we continue to deliver the high-quality homes and services our valued tenants deserve.

Working collaboratively, you’ll use your experience of delivering critical repairs and maintenance programmes to ensure we deliver a sector leading professional service to our tenants, with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

- The delivery of Legal Disrepair, Damp and Mold, Fire Remediation, Structural Repairs, Insurance works and Disabled Adaptations installations, ensuring that they are delivered in a timely, cost effective, customer focused and safe manner in line with budgets and legislative requirements.
- Lead and develop the performance and capability of our internal repairs team of over 30 colleagues.
- Effective contract management of a fleet of external subcontractors delivering a turn-key specialist works solution.
