**Responsibilities**:
**Coaching and Development**:Participate in a comprehensive coaching program to learn about our products/services and sales techniques.
Shadow experienced team members to gain practical insights into effective field sales strategies.

**Prospecting and Outreach**:Identify and reach out to potential clients in the assigned territory.
Learn effective prospecting techniques to generate leads and build a client base.

**Sales Presentations**:Assist in delivering product/service presentations to clients under the guidance of experienced team members.
Learn to tailor presentations to address client needs and overcome objections.

**Relationship Building**:Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
Collaborate with the team to leverage collective knowledge and experience.

**Negotiation and Closing**:Participate in negotiations and observe the closing process with guidance from senior team members.
Aim to contribute to the achievement of team and individual sales targets.

**Market Analysis**:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide valuable insights and observations to the team based on your experiences in the field.

**Requirements**:

- No prior field sales experience required - we are looking for individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to challenges.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
