Customer Liaison Admin Assistant

**About Us**
Euro Parking Services is an established Car Parking Management Company, with extensive and comprehensive experience in the UK parking control industry. We manage and operate in over 500 car parks across the UK, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
**Responsibility as a Customer Liaison Admin Assistant**:
- Opening files, conflict checking, organising documents including ongoing file management such as filing, photocopying, scanning, closing.
- Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets, databases, portals and graphic based analysis.
- Ordering documents from the Land Registry.
- Billing and arranging for third parties to be paid.
- Liaising with customers, clients and third parties.
- Supporting the Head of Legal with their day to day work to include issuing claims for
- Judgment/Decree, Statutory Demands and Enforcing Judgment/Decree.
**Knowledge Required**:
- Knowledge of the law and practice relating to litigation in general and specifically, debt recovery, enforcement, POFA (2012) would be an advantage.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility.
- Ability to work well as part of a busy team.
- Good knowledge of Word and Outlook is required and experience in Excel, PowerPoint and Zoho would be beneficial.
- Understand court protocol
- Fluent and succinct in arguments
- Experience of debt recovery and various enforcement action
- Advocacy experience in the Commercial Sector
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
