**Job Purpose**:
The services that the Print Administrator is directly responsible for includes, but is not limited to:

- Administration of the Print Management system DSF (Digital StoreFront)
- Setting up users and provide user training
- Controlling the flow and quality of all assigned print work to our clients
- Responsible for all aspects of quality control on assigned print projects before they are sent off-site to the
- Royal Wootton Bassett Digi-hub
- Identify innovative vendors and fulfilment resources
- Periodically visit the Digi-hub and work closely with the Hybrid Mail team off-site
- Provide accurate estimating and buying of printed materials in a timely manner
- Investigating and solving customers quality and delivery issues
- Meeting with other managers and/or clients to discuss possible improvements to service delivery
- Being involved in staff recruitment when required
- Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
- Handling fulfilment for all assigned work
- Work with the 3rd party vendors to ensure timely and accurate collections and deliveries
- Must have the durability, flexibility, and absolute ability to manage the work through to completion
- Co-ordinate and manage work and projects in accordance with business requirements.
- In addition, the role-holder will have the following responsibilities:

- Providing help and advice to sometimes difficult customers
- Manage the Work in Progress and obtaining updates from the off-site team
- An input into the financial elements of the business such as month end billing to the client and monthly reporting
- Customer and client management
- Seek out new opportunities to grow our business and satisfy customers

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**General**:

- Develop, maintain, and adhere to all detailed SPS systems, policies, and procedures to undertake the scope of the role.

**Finance**:

- Undertake some financial responsibility for the areas of service, including, but not limited to, spend and the analysis behind the numbers
- Undertake pro-active budget management to ensure budgets are managed in accordance with requirements of the business, service delivery and customer and client requirements.
- Understanding and contributing to the monthly process of revenue and spend analysis
- Regular report provided to the management team and clients covering volumes completed and expected for the next quarter.

**Service Delivery**:

- Manage service delivery to ensure outstanding service to the client.
- Ensure contractual Service Level Agreements are managed to meet the needs of the client and account.

**Customer Service**:

- Be a customer service champion, take a pro-active approach to customer service management and promote good service standards, habits, and methods
- Manage and highlight customer service behaviours to continually improve services

**Client Management**:

- Build a strong relationship with key clients, based upon openness and mutual trust.
- Attend regular service meetings to ensure service delivery satisfaction and development of future services.
- Identify any cost saving opportunities and delivery innovations.

**Reporting**:

- Support with the monthly management report information which is presented back to the client.
- Undertake regular reporting on all aspects of role to meet requirements of all internal and external stakeholders
- Report on all service delivery positives in a prescribed manner to ensure ‘positive press’
- Report on all service delivery breakdowns and missed service level agreements to ensure pro-active management of negative messages can be undertaken

**Business Development**:

- Seek and deliver continuous service improvement to the benefit of the contract.
- Develop where possible growth opportunities.

**Out of Hours Support**:

- Provide out of hours support where required to ensure compliance of business.
