Permanent vacancies ranging between 18 hours and 37 hours.

**Salary**: £21,575- £22,777 pro rata for part-time Grade 4
Which is equivalent to:
Hourly rate £11.18 rising to £11.80 per hour

Pathways Hubs are warm and welcoming, providing excellent resources to help improve and maintain health, wellbeing, and happiness in a very person-centred way for people with a learning disability/on the Autistic Spectrum.

We currently have permanent part-time and fulltime vacancies for Care Support roles within Pathways. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to service users and making a real difference to a person’s quality of life.

The roles involve providing support to young people and adults with complex learning disabilities which can be mild, moderate, severe, or profound in a day service environment.

You will have proven care or support experience either in a professional or personal capacity and have the key attributes required such as being naturally caring, patient and understanding, experience in supporting people with complex needs would be advantageous but not essential

All staff are supported with regular supervisions, and a full training package.

Qualifications: 4 GCSE (A-C grades) OR NVQ Level 2 OR equivalent
