In your role as an administrator, you will play a vital part in providing essential support to all. By ensuring that support is readily available, you will have a meaningful impact on the functioning of the organisation as a whole.
- ** Your Role **:As the administrator in this position, you will be accountable for managing the provision, procurement, stock inventory, and accounting of a variety of items, including general stationery consumables, commercial publications, printed material, IT consumables, telecommunications equipment, and small office machinery.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Ensure orders received from internal customers are processed within agreed time frames on the Interim Stationery Stock Management Database. Process goods received from Kuehne-Nagel suppliers on the Interim Stationery Stock Management Database for Goods In within agreed time frames.
- Constant management of orders in Dues Out (Back Order) ensuring purchase requests/purchase orders are raised to satisfy these orders
- Constant management of Purchase Orders ensuring that overdue orders are hastened with suppliers
- Timely Clearance of Goods In paperwork and prompt notification to finance to reduce delay in the payment of invoices
- Maintain accurate records and ensure that all Purchase Request logs are updated at the earliest opportunity
- Review of the inventory to identify slow moving, over stocked or obsolescent items - notify the Procurement manager so that appropriate action can be taken

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Understanding of warehouse practices e.g. picking, loading, receiving, stocktaking
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed manner
- Possess strong organisational skills in conjunction with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. This combination of competencies allows for the efficient and effective management of complex tasks and projects
- Excellent levels of attention to detial
