An exciting opportunity has arisen at YPO for a Procurement Support Officer to join the expanding Procurement Services HR Services category by delivering procurement support and administration responsibilities.

Your expertise will be vital in offering guidance and support to clients seeking solutions in temporary, permanent, interim, and executive recruitment, as well as consultancy, apprenticeships, training, and occupational health. Your role will involve providing administrative support, developing marketing materials, and managing day-to-day tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

A key aspect of this role will entail managing data input and analysis using both in-house systems and Excel. Reporting directly to the Category Buyer, you'll work on strategic processes and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operational requirements are met.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Supporting the HR & People Services team with administrative activities.
- Managing supplier performance data and customer inquiries.
- Exhibiting initiative and proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
- Conducting further competitions and liaising with stakeholders across the business.
