The role is to assist the Senior Lead Administrator in the Home Care Bookings Team, ensuring the Department fulfils its primary purpose both effectively and efficiently in the provisioning and placement of a Support Services to enable service users and theircarers living in the community.
To work alongside multi-disciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for people.

We are looking to recruit, for a 3-month contract, an enthusiastic and motivated individual who should have excellent communication skills and the ability to network with people at all levels, both internally to the department and externally with healthprofessionals and third party suppliers

You should be an approachable person and have good working relations with colleagues, other professionals and customers and be confident and competent is the use of Information Technology.

The Home Care Booking Team is made up of 1 x manager and 3 x resource planners. The Home Care Bookings Team support and ensure the speedy allocation of Domiciliary home support for both Hospital Discharges and in Community settings. It is responsible forthe screening and allocation of packages of support on behalf of The Council via a computer-based information system. It ensures the allocation and changes to support packages to cover all existing and new requests for domiciliary provision and responds tocustomer demand from both internal and external partner agencies.
