Druid Group is seeking to recruit a Physician Associate to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a suitably qualified Physician Associate to join a very varied and flexible role, dealing with acute & minor illness treatment and chronic disease management.

We are group of 4 GP surgeries based within Birmingham with list size of 13,000 patient. We use System one as a clinical system. You can find more information about druid group by visiting our website ( druidgroup.co.uk).

You will be acting within your professional boundaries, providing care for patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of their care under the supervision of a GP. You will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the general practice, in consultation with the duty GP. You will work with the multi-disciplinary general practice team to support the delivery of policy and procedures and meet the needs of patients.

We will provide a supportive learning environment, especially structured in the first preceptorship year (if applicable). Mentorship and supervision will be provided by designated senior medical personnel. The level and type of supervision will be dependent on the post holder’s skills and knowledge and determined by the organisation’s clinical governance arrangements. You will follow recommended annual appraisals and continuing professional development set out by the Faculty of Physician Associates (FPA).

You are passionate about working in the health and social care sector. You’re self-motivated and you can prove your ability to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Salary negotiable depending upon experience.
