**What you’ll do**
- Within this role you will lead a team of radio planning and optimisation engineers enhancing Vodafone’s UK Radio Network within the Midlands region.
- Support our National Planning and Design team with current and future innovations to ensure best practise, implementing global parameter sets and resolving network wide performance and system level issues.
- While participating in and maintain a factory which accelerates mobile Network deployment where standardisations and simplifications are at the heart of what we do.
- You will build a culture of diversity as a foundation of maximising the collective knowledge, skills, and capabilities across the One Team.
- Continuously drive delivery improvements, testing of new ideas and concepts, learning fast and implementing quickly
- Ensure the right reporting and governance is in place to give the visibility and awareness required by stakeholders and sponsors.
- Financial accountability for OPEX and CAPEX budget lines associated with the team’s work
- Point of escalation for all Regional Radio Planning and Optimisation activities.
- Promote best practice and demonstrate accountability by developing strong, effective working relationships with internal and external suppliers and stakeholder

**Who you are**
- You will have a good understanding of the core technologies, systems, processes, and legislative framework that underpin Mobile Radio Networks
- Strong Leadership and management experience within a Telecoms environment
- The ability to establish influential, trust
- based relationships across the Vodafone Networks team and with Partners to ensure a strong ‘One Team’ ethos
- A strong and credible Operational leader, with a proven performance focus and drive with a demonstratable and consistent track record of delivery
