**What you’ll do**

As a Radio Planner in our Radio team you will ensure that Vodafone achieves the best network design, performance and coverage KPI’s in the UK market. You will work to deliver the 2G/3G/4G/5G radio design, whilst understanding the current radio performance.
- You will be responsible for delivering 2G/3G/4G/5G radio design (site and BSC/RNC level) to meet coverage/capacity requirements
- You will work with vendors, suppliers and other UK operators when sharing agreements apply, to improve performance
- You will ensure the radio network meets National Guidelines, supporting the optimisation and enhancing customer experience
- You will support CODE (ECC) witness statements for tribunals
- You will ensure local radio optimisation processes are as efficient as possible and utilise best practice from across the Vodafone UK central system optimisation team
- You will proactively re-design existing hardware configurations and RAN SW features to provide world class network performance to Vodafone customers

**Who you are**:

- You will have an excellent understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G radio network technology.
- You will have experience communicating performance messages across technology and business units
- You will have experience working analytically to problem solve
- You will have experience on radio coverage planning
- You will have experience of local optimisation techniques and associated processes**What we offer**
