PC-MAC Support have experience in kickstarting apprentice's in the past, they know exactly what it takes to guide and support you through your programme to become an effective IT technician You will be an essential part of the team, responsible for providing 1st class IT support to clients, build and deploy PCs, create and update documentation and so much more to enhance your skills to reach your true potential

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Build positive client relationships through exceptional service, tenacity and the willingness to do the right thing
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, testing, repairing and servicing hardware
- Build and deploy PC’s and other devices to client networks
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors
- Create, update and maintain documentation relating to client environments
- Involvement in pre-sales, identifying & specifying solutions, quoting, preparing & presenting proposals to all levels of client management

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- Salary - £23,000 - £29,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM & 8 AM - 5 PM)
- 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- 
- Primarily an office based role but some site visits & client meetings will be expected
- Microsoft Office knowledge and Mac OSX
- Knowledge of Switches, routers & firewalls
- Knowledge of VPNS and networks
- Exceptional client support skills with a desire to provide an excellent client experience
- Confident personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable dealing with all levels of clients
- Pro-active attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Self-starting team player who can work on their own initiative, capable of identifying, owning and developing solutions to resolve repetitive issues
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload while maintaining excellent attention to detail and exceeding KPI’s
