**Operations Coordinator**

Our client list is vast and includes household names and blue-chip enterprises, as well as public sector organisations, including the MOD. We are proud to work with world-famous sports clubs, installing and managing solutions for some of the UK’s largest stadiums, as well as internationally renowned restaurant chains and stores.

Due to recent expansion, Pioneer Group are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Stockport.

**Location**: Stockport, with hybrid working available.

**Role Requirements**:

- Liaise with and support internal project managers
- Assist with Engineer Resource Scheduling
- Preparation of all project documentation and liaising with H & S Manager
- Liaising with external clients regarding documentation and liaising with H access requirements and updates.
- Liaising with external clients regarding access requirements and updates.
- Project administration. bookings and requirements
- Assist with Engineer Resource Scheduling
- Updating Project Process documentation
- Scheduling documentation
- Completion and issuing of reports for completed installations.
- Tracking project progress and liaising with engineers to ensure Account Managers are informed.
- Liaising with external clients regarding access requirements and updates
- Preparation of and presentation of reports on project progress, issues and solutions from internal, and external, management.
- Arranging for engineer access and permits where required
- Preparing and issuing weekly installation reports.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
