As part of the CRO team, the CRO Analyst will be instrumental in improvements and optimisation across key customer journeys through detailed analysis and reporting across a number of our clients websites.

You will collate data from multiple sources for use in reports, tactical packs and CRO roadmap planning.

The Responsibility
- Creation and ownership of all CRO reporting and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio and Content Square.
- Organise and analyse data, including analysis of customer journeys, conversion funnels, heat maps, session recordings and user research to provide actionable insights.
- Develop robust recommendations for the CRO team based on data and insights.
- Conduct competitor research, sharing best practices with the wider optimisation team.
- Ensure there is robust tracking in place for the CRO initiatives in order to effectively report on the performance of tests and drive valuable insights.
- Partner with UX and CRO team members to run A/B tests that will deliver fundamental improvements to customer journey and the conversion funnel.
- Produce high quality reports and documentation to support the running of CRO initiatives, e.g. test proposals and insight reports.
- Communicate findings from analytics projects to a diverse group of stakeholders, including teams within the wider company and senior leadership Point of contact for the CRO team for Google tag management and Segment (Customer Data Platform), maintainingand deploying tags with Google Tag Manager at best practice levels.
- Debug technical issues and provide solutions for the relevant teams to resolve.

To be considered for this role you will need the following experience:

- 3+ years of analytical work experience in a team that focuses on understanding product performance and generating data driven improvements.
- Experience of UX principles and AB testing methodologies.
- Extensive experience calculating statistical significance for AB Tests.
- Extensive experience in website analytics gained across roles in large e-commerce companies.
- Excellent analytics skills with the ability to draw concise insights from large sets of data.
- 3+ years’ experience with some of the following tools: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SQL, R/Python, MicroStrategy/Tableau or Mixpanel.
- Good understanding of Google Tag Manager.
- Proficient in creating, developing and presenting in-depth insight reports.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interact at all levels within the organisation and earn respect universally.
