**Duties**:

- Processing of references and statutory checks for foster carer household reviews
- Liaising with professionals such as Reviewing Officers/Social Workers/Foster Carers
- Preparing Foster Carer household review packs and all associated documentation
- Attending fostering panel meetings and taking comprehensive minutes (minute taking experience is essential)

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in fostering administration or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
