LRS (**Language Recruitment Services**) is currently recruiting a Receptionist with Italian for a permanent and full-time role and an Administrator for a temporary full-time role, could go permanent.
Both are fantastic entry level opportunities for a someone who has strong organisation and administrative skills and/or a professional telephone manner.
**Receptionist with Italian duties will include**:
- Welcoming clients and preparing meeting rooms and refreshments
- Ordering office supplies and dealing with service providers
- Producing invoices and accounts reports
- Keeping systems information accurate and up to date
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Scheduling calls and meetings ensuring all preparations are made
- Providing assistance to other senior members or covering assistants
**Client Administrator duties will include**:
- Managing documents, including scanning, archiving and dispatchment
- General updating of customer data
- Completing necessary compliance procedures accurately
- Daily coordination with other departments
