**As a Workplace Host at ISS, you will be a key part of our placemaking culture, driving the customer touchpoint journey and acting as an ambassador for exceptional workplace experiences. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to curate a workplace environment that increases wellbeing, productivity, and enhances company culture, ensuring that our end users want to be a part of it.**

**Key Responsibilities**

- **You’re a natural host and can make guests and colleagues feel at home within the workplace**

- **You’re the primary connector between colleagues and the workplace, willingly respond to queries & resolve issues relating to the physical environment, technology & security first line fixes**
***:

- **You learn quickly and will enjoy being able to promote various destinations, food services, wellness events, activities**
***:

- **Develop relationships and capture guests & colleague’s individual preferences/needs for future visits and think creatively of ways to accommodate any special requests**

- **Eyes wide open - always looking at our workplaces and experiences though the lens of a colleague or visitor**

- **You’ll drive and participate in working groups to capture colleague feedback and build engagement**
***:

- **We act as One Team and work with our peers by notifying the appropriate Departments when an extra pair of hands or specialist support (e.g., tech) is needed**

- **Undertake tours of the entire building while stating facts and having a positive demeanour**
***:

- **Be involved in reviewing and enhancing operating procedures - making sure that they remain relevant and helping to adjust and amend on a regular basis**

- **Have experience working with systems (e.g., MS Office)**
