We are currently looking to appoint a
**Training Administrator** on behalf of one of our clients in Ripon due to company growth. This role will offer someone the opportunity to work across all areas with the responsibility to cover the day-to-day administration activities. Ideally you will have experience working within a training provider however this isn’t essential as long as you possess all the other skills required.

**As the successful Training Administrator**
**your duties will include**:

- Uploading learner information into the Pellcomp Pics Management Information system (MIS).
- Screening and completion of learner funding eligibility checks.
- Monitoring and tracking of all learner progress via current MIS.
- Provision of 1st line support to all current and future clients and learners alike.
- Support and provision of IAG to all learners both during and post achievement of their training.
- Research and provide current and accurate learner and client information as directed across learner services.
- Sorting of internal and external mail, inclusive of sending tracked postage.
- Responding to customer enquiries and complaints via various methods.
- Complying with health and safety policies and procedures.
- Attending meetings and training as required.
- Any additional tasks deemed reasonable in order to maintain the quality of administrative activities across the business.

**Skills**:

- Prior Administration experience
- Business Administration qualification of Level 2 or above (desirable, not essential)
- Committed approach to workload
- Competent IT skills and the knowledge of different systems
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
