Senior Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
" Timely and accurate production of Production Orders, liaising with Warehouse staff to generate accurate production forecasts.
" Stock Control - booking stock in/out, perpetual stock takes etc., maintaining minimum stock quantities.
" Routinely monitor major stock items and making the Green-tech Purchasing team aware of any shortages allowing for Seasonality.
" Advising suppliers of damages and handling paperwork appropriate to ensure no items are paid for that are defective.

**General**:
" A good standard of written and spoken language (English), for effective inter-departmental communication.
" Answering the overflow of incoming telephone calls at times of high demand.
" Using Excel and Word to produce reports and external documentation.
" Liaising with customers, suppliers, and staff at all levels.
" To encourage the professional development of yourself and others through helping to identify training needs.
" To look for areas of improvement and consideration.
" Ad-hoc Duties as required.

**Skills required**:
" Looking for someone with a methodical approach.
" GCSE Mathematics at 'C' level or above would be a desirable attribute.
" General interest in Wildflowers and Horticulture with a willingness to learn both on the job and by means of research.
" Self-motivated with an ability to seek out information.
" Be commercially aware and able to plan to avoid potential issues.
" Understand customer needs.
" Be a Brand ambassador.
" Proficient in Excel.
