**We specialise in claiming back tax for UK consumers who didnt even know they were due a refund.**

**Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit three additional advisors to join our Account Management team at our offices in the centre of Stockport.**

You **must** have call centre experience, but this could be in a customer service, retention or a sales environment. Providing excellent customer service to our clients is paramount.

These are permanent, full-time positions working the following hours...

9am til 7pm on Monday to Thursday

9am til 1pm on Friday

**If you've achieved your performance target by Thursday evening, you don't need to work on the Friday so it can be a 4-day week**
- You'll be speaking to customers via inbound and outbound calls who have already signed up to use our service...**NO COLD CALLING**:

- You'll be gathering additional information so they can decide if they want us to process their tax refund claims.
- Then you'll then be managing their claims until they receive their refunds.

To be considered for the role you must have the following skills:
- A fantastic telephone manner
- First class communication skills
- Experience of working as part of a team
- The confidence to deal with a broad range of customers
- Excellent organisation skills
- Able to manage to your own workload
- Great attention to detail
- At least 12 months proven experience in a call centre role is essential
