**The Job You’ll Do;**
- Ensure that all operators are aware and trained to comply with any arrangements, procedures or systems, put in place by the company to ensure their own and their co-workers’ safety. To also ensure that they know the obligations placed upon regarding theirown specified obligations to the company regarding H&S.
- To ensure that a high level of Health and Safety is always maintained including Sub-contractors and Visitors
- Ensure that all Quality procedures are complied with and any non-conformances are reported to the Quality department and Production controller.
- Ensure that Customer orders are produced on time and to the desired quality level and within budgeted cost.
- Ensure that all KPI"s designated to manufacturing are met.
- Control and monitor Raw Materials, Work in Progress and Stock Levels using the SAGE system feeding materials and parts to the operators in an organized and timely manner making sure there are no disruptions or delays to Production.
- To oversee and assist in training as required by the Operatives to ensure effective manufacture and Continuous Improvement.
- Ensure all equipment used for manufacture is maintained and kept in good and safe working order
- Monitor and report any concerns or issues affecting Site security
- Encourage a culture of Continuous Improvement
- Work alongside and support all departments associated with the launch of new product or processes
- Perform any other duties within your capabilities as requested from time to time requested by Management

**About You;**
- Previous Production Supervisory or Team Leading experience is essential.
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
- Be well organised and able to prioritise and multitask.
- Be self-motivated and capable of dealing with fast moving and varied high stress events.
- Possess excellent time management and people management skills.
- Possess well developed communication and interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels both in and outside the business.
- Possess the confidence and presentation skills to advise all staff and senior management on operational issues, issues of a Health & Safety nature.
- Be computer literate.
- Possess great integrity and confidentiality.
- Happy working a 2-shift system with possible requirements to work night shift when required.
