This role includes dealing with the everyday operations of hotel reception work:

- Customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Polite, friendly and approachable manner

Experience in reception is preferred however is not essential as full training will be given.

Shifts will vary between an early and late shift:
Early Shift: - 7AM - 3PM

Late - 2PM - 10PM

Position for 16 hours per week.

(This is a part-time position with holiday cover required also, hence there may be more hours available. Please note hours are tailored to the business needs. Must be flexible)
