A vacancy has become available for a Medical Receptionists at Mount Pleasant Practice. We are looking for a competent and reliable individual with excellent communication skills to join our friendly team.

We are a busy Practice, and the ideal applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise their workload effectively. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly and helpful approach.

Duties will include but are not limited to dealing with patients at reception and over the telephone, processing prescriptions, managing appointment diary, signposting patients to the appropriate service, filing results and all general reception duties.

The post is for 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
