**Position Overview**

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. You will collaborate cross-functionally to create compelling marketing campaigns, analyse market trends, and implement innovative strategies to achieve our business goals.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the retail and marketing teams to produce high-quality, impactful marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Fully utilise HubSpot to lead, manage and follow up on all marketing activity.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in marketing, recommending and implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing role is desirable, that demonstrates a track record of successful campaign management and measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about marketing, adaptable to change, and eager to contribute innovative ideas to achieve company objectives.
