**The role**:
Reporting to the Events and Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in managing global events that bring together high-profile speakers and attendees from the public and private sectors. If you are an organized multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting with event logistics from start to finish, including sourcing venues, booking vendor services, coordinating speaker travel/accommodations, and troubleshooting onsite needs
- Ensuring seamless event execution by liaising with internal teams on requirements and updates
- Supporting registration, attendee communications, and post-event follow up
- Contributing to a collaborative, innovative work culture on a driven team
- Ensuring our CRM system and records are up-to-date through all event stages
- Updating our website and internal calendars with new event information
- Editing and managing video content from events

**You Have**:

- 1-2 years of event coordination experience or related degree
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM platforms
- Motivation to learn and take on new challenges
