- Located within the borough of Newham

**PERSON SPECIFICATION - English ECT**
- **Must hold UK QTS**:

- Strong academic background in GCSEs, A Levels and Degree would be preferred
- Ambitious and driven personality
- Able to teach English to a high calibre
- **Must have a good understanding of the British National Curriculum**:

- Proven track record of ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ lesson observations
- Must be able to work within a team
- Able to use your own initiative

**Salary**: £34,502.00-£36,141.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newham, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
