**About Us**:

**Role Overview**:
Seeking a proactive Credit Controller for our HQ in Lytham. As a crucial part of our finance team, you'll ensure timely collections from customers and manage any related issues.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and send customer statements.
- Manage aged debtors report and liaise with overdue customers.
- Process daily bank receipts onto SAGE.
- Communicate with sales team regarding accounts on hold.
- Generate Aged Debtors reports and attend monthly review calls.
- Update SAGE with customer communications and payment allocations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior Credit Control experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAGE Line 200.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Happy to work in the office five days a week.
