**Mortgage Business Development Manager**

£40,000 - £70,000+ Comms

Monday - Friday

Remote UK based

Consegna Recruitment are partnered with a growing Financial Services firm based in the West Yorkshire area, who are actively expanding their Mortgage Advisor team heading in to the next stages of their long term business plan. This growth is continuing overthe next 3 years to their goal of having 300+ staff.

They handle various aspects of the Financial Services sector, including Mortgages, Protection, Bridging Finance, Commercial Finance and Investments.

As the company grows, and brings on more Mortgage Advisors, they will understandably require **Business Development Managers**to be the point of contact with their business relationships and ensure the level of opportunity is there for the Mortgage Advisors within the business. This is how the company expects to reach their goals of 300+staff - due to organic growth, ensuring the staff have the tools to achieve their own goals as well as the company targets.

**As a Business Development Manager, you would be**:

- Acting as the point of contact between the client and their business partnerships
- Regularly work on maintaining and building relationships
- Managing the lead sources for the business and looking to generate additional numbers for the Mortgage Advisors
- Feeding back on the quality of the leads and the figures generated from this
- Generating referrals off of the back of existing accounts, to increase lead sources for the Advisors
- Attending client meetings
- Reviewing the activity from various sources and looking to improve where necessary

**The Ideal Business Development Manager would have**:

- Experience of working within the Mortgage Industry
- Evidence of working directly with business contacts
- Understanding of more than one lender, so preference would always be to have Whole of Market knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and phone manner
