The Mortgage Case Manager Role

  • As the Mortgage Case Manager for the specialist brokerage, you will work alongside one Residential broker providing a complete client journey from DIP through to completion, working on a variety of cases including Residential mortgage cases, or if your specialism is bridging and limited company buy to let, you will be supporting the a Commercial Broker.


To thrive in this role, you will need an in-depth experience in case management, a thorough understanding of the mortgage market, and a passion for the property finance industry. It is essential that you have the knowledge and skillset to be able to confidently a variety of Mortgage cases, and deliver an exceptional level of service that surpasses your clients’ expectations.
